What is your return policy? +
    Traci Lynn Jewelry’s Carefree Guarantee is to provide our customers with quality jewelry at an affordable price. We will happily replace or exchange any item with a manufacturer’s defect. Please review our policy below.

    Replacements (requesting the same item): Traci Lynn understands the possibility of receiving an item with a manufacturer’s defect and will gladly replace it for you.
  • Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The sales receipt/packing slip and a completed Carefree Guarantee form must be included with the item(s) being returned.
  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) being replaced.
  • In the event that the item is no longer available, the customer may choose an item of equal or greater value. If the new item is of greater value, then the price and tax difference shall be charged to the customer.
  • Examples of manufacturer’s defect:
  • - Non-functional clasp
    - Abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in stones)
    - Jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly
    - Length discrepancies

    Exchanges: (for a different item) You have the option to exchange your Traci Lynn purchase for an item of equal or greater value for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item being exchanged must be accompanied with the sales receipt/packing slip and a completed Carefree Guarantee form.
  • The item must be in new and unworn condition, with tags still attached.
  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) you would like to exchange.
  • If you are exchanging for an item of greater value, then the price and tax difference shall be charged to the customer.
  • Exchanges are not allowed on previously exchanged or replaced items.

  • Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, you have 30 days to return the item to our corporate office.
  • For a cash refund, you have 30 days to return the item(s). A store credit will be issued for item(s) returned within 60 days.
  • The item must be accompanied with a copy of the sales receipt/packing slip and a completed Carefree Guarantee form.
  • You have the option to ship the item back with a carrier of your choice or we can provide a pre-paid return label. A $9.95 fee will be deducted from your refund amount ($13.95 for Canada) for a pre-paid return label.
  • Refund requests may take up to 5 business days to be processed and completed; this does not include the processing time from your bank.

  • Order Cancellation: If you change your mind about your order and would like to have it canceled,
    you have 3 days from the date of your purchase to contact the corporate office at support@tracilynnjewelry.com
    or 954.566.0553 to submit your request.
What is your Carefree Guarantee? +
    Customers are the number one priority at Traci Lynn Jewelry. We pride ourselves on the satisfaction you feel while wearing our products. Our return policy offers the option to replace, exchange or return an item for a refund within 30 days, ensuring all customers are happy with their purchase.

    We like to call it Sweet and Simple! If there is a manufacturer’s defect or you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact your Traci Lynn Consultant. We will replace your item upon return with original proof of purchase.

    Items that are lost or damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our Carefree Guarantee.
Can I edit or update my order once I’ve submitted it? +
    When an order is submitted it is considered final. We are unable to make any changes to an order or cancel it.
    This includes changing the billing or shipping address, adding or switching items or editing payment information.
If my item is on back order, can I cancel it? +
    Yes, an item on back order that has not been shipped can be canceled for a refund or replaced for a different item. Please contact Traci Lynn Support (support@tracilynnjewelry.com or 954-566-0553) for assistance.
How do I return an item? +
    Begin by contacting your Traci Lynn Consultant. She/He will provide you with everything you need to return your items.
    If you do not know your Consultant, you can contact Traci Lynn Support and we will happily assist you.
When will I receive my refund? +
    Once your returned item(s) are received by our Return Department, we will process your refund request within 5 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect on your account (depending on your bank and/or billing cycle).

    If you paid your Traci Lynn Consultant directly, she/he will issue your refund.
Steps to process a return +
    There are 3 steps to the Sweet and Simple Returns:
  • Contact your Consultant.
  • Place item(s) in a box with the original proof of purchase. Be sure to write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
  • Once our Return Department receives your packaged please allow 2-3 business days for your item(s) to be replaced, exchanged or refunded.
